Task requirements
The UK's National Health Service (NHS) turned 70 in 2018. The pressure in the service has been greater than they have ever been due to the advances in treatments, standards, and policies of the administration that have occurred with the growing and aging population with time.
In the coming years, the NHS is planning to take practical action in order to strain off various departments as the waiting time across the board is still low by historical standards, but on the rise, and there has been a slowly growing budget.
There has been no sign of easing and the challenges that are faced by HR department of NHS have been great.
Prepare a 2000-word portfolio for the Head of England's NHS HR department by reviewing the NHS case study. The portfolio should be based on 3 strategic People Management areas that are addressed by the NHS currently.
