Question

John instituted a case before the Supreme Court for breach of duties against Charles and Emilia. John was represented by Will Stark Lawyers while both the defendants were represented by Nathan Forbes Lawyers. During the course of proceedings, the accounts and financial record of John were disclosed, in pursuance to which Nathan became familiar with the same. The case was settled through mediation. But 4 years later, another case was instituted against Johns by William who is represented by Nathan Forbes Lawyers. Nathan has John's confidential information from the previous case which can impact the outcome of the present matter if used inappropriately.
