For this, company focus on recruiting talented and capable employees so that they can contribute in attaining set targets in stipulated time frame.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

For undertaking current research, positivism philosophy will be applied by researcher as it help in determining the accurate impact of the study that help researcher in attaining positive and reliable outcomes.
Data collection: For collecting information, primary and secondary are two type of methods. In this research, both methods will be applied by researcher as primary method help in preparing questionnaire and secondary method includes different sources like books, articles, journals and many more. Sampling: There are two type of techniques of selecting sample size such as probability and non-probability. From these, investigator use probability sampling techniques to select respondents form the larger population in which respondents get equal chances to be selected. By this, investigator select 40 sample size as per random basis. All the selected participants are the employees, leader and manager of business organisation.
