Impact of change on both the companies are described below in effective manner:

Incorporation of new technologies also helps business associations in gaining competitive edge as they are providing better services to customers as compared to its competitors. In context of Marks and Spencer, the company is planing to bring latest technology within the premises in order to serve customers in more effective manner and generate higher revenues and profits from them. Incorporation of rapid changes within the retail industry directly facilitates interest of existing company tro acquire new technologies so that they can improve their existing performance and lead the marketplace (The changing state of Retail,;2019).
