Referring adults to further sources of information
When adults find that their needs aren't met by certain sources, they can turn to other sources for information, support, or advice. There are various organizations that offer support to people facing different challenges, such as disabilities or mental health issues. Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) are a well-known example of such organizations, as they provide essential support like food and other necessities to individuals dealing with significant challenges in their lives (Fegran, Hall, and Ludvigsen, 2014). Adults can include parents, caregivers, or any other individuals. For instance, if parents need to find specialized support for their children with disabilities, they may be referred to specialists or a Special Education Needs Coordinator (SENCO).It plays a very important role and ensures the fact that every student or children who is going through some sort of trouble as, disability or needs some educational requirements etc. are being fulfilled. There are enormous number of aspects associated with it. That is the reason, special education needs coordinator can be termed as one of the effective option for referring adults to other different means of support and advice(Zhao, Young and Goldberg, 2015).
Adults can be parents, staff members etc. So, it depends that the adult person is requiring what sort of help. On the basis of that only, further decisions can be made. If a parent required some advice and support regarding their children's health, in that case, special education needs coordinator can act as the most suitable option because they can provide the most suitable and appropriate rate of support because they ensure the fact that any children requiring special needs and extra educational help, can get it (The role of the special educational needs coordinator (SENCO), 2008). Therefore, it promotes a healthy and balanced lifestyle in which the child can be able to achieve all their dreams happily. So, it somewhere depends on the requirements of the situation so that on basis of that, further assessments can be made.

Impact of Changes on Strategy Operations - Thomas Cook
These sources can prove beneficial for the adults who are dealing with different issues but the same can be referred to them by means of counselling sessions or special classes arranged by the non governmental organisations (Driskell, 2017). It is because by means of the counselling sessions, the adults can be guided about these ways such as about special education needs coordinator or about consulting the specialists. This can be termed as one of the defective way to guide them how they can approach these specialists and coordinator for help. Also, there are different classes organised by the NGOs, so in these sessions as well, the adults can be told about these ways so that they can implement the same and thus, can be able to have an efficient amount of support. So, different ways of support can be SENCO or specialists that can be guided to adults by means of different counselling sessions or classes, adults can be referred to other sources of help and information.
