Mentors effective training

Question

Once a wise-man said “Half knowledge is way danger than zero knowledge,” so the mentors who are appointed the company should posses the expertise to guide and train the employees in a proper way. Otherwise, at the end of the day every single employee would end up with zero learning, as the light of knowledge thrown by the mentors on them, was insufficient. So the company should provide an acute amount of training to the mentors.
