Managers and leaders are the two individuals of organisation which plays a significant role in order to manage and control various operations of organisation in proper manner. in this report Amazon is the company which deals with the online marketing. In this report it is explains about the different types of approaches of leadership and define the roles of manager in order to enhance the capability and efficiency of organisation in proper manner.
