- Management accounting is the process of measuring, gathering, examining, preparing and communicating the information which facilitate management in formulating an effective decision and suitable plans in order to achieve growth and desired objectives of an organisation.

While using marginal costing method, the profit is 17500 whereas using absorption costing method, the profit is 15675. There is differences in profits while calculating through using marginal and absorption costing method. Such differences are arises due to additional of fixed cost in the calculation.
